Car died at a petrol station off Sheikh Zayed Road. I sent the pin and said which side of the road I was on. The technician tested the battery first, showed me the reading, then swapped it. Card payment on the spot.

Basement P3 in the Marina, low ceiling, no chance for a tow truck. He came down with a booster and a tester. Turned out the battery only needed a jump, so that is all he did. Honest.

Needed an AGM for a start-stop car. They asked for a photo of the old battery label before coming, so the right one was in the van. Registered it to the car as well.

Evening traffic made it later than the first estimate, but they messaged to say so. The fitting itself was quick and he checked the charging voltage before leaving.

Pickup would not crank at the yard. Battery tested fine, the terminal was loose and corroded. He cleaned and tightened it and did not try to sell me a battery.

Paid with Tabby, which helped that week. Old battery was taken away, the new one came with the warranty card filled in. Would call them again.
