Later Nissan Fairlady Z model years may have start-stop or a battery sensor that controls charging. Where they do, the replacement has to be the same type (EFB or AGM) and may need registering to the car.

After reconnecting, some cars need the power window auto function reset and the idle may hunt briefly until the engine computer relearns. The negative terminal sensor must be refitted carefully, not levered off.
