Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number and WhatsApp number.
• Location details you share so a technician can reach the car: location pin, address, road, parking level and landmarks.
• Vehicle details: make, model, year, and photos of the battery or battery label.
• Service records: test results, the work carried out, invoices and warranty information.
• Website usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

How we use your information

• To confirm whether we can attend, send a technician to the right place and carry out the service you asked for.
• To match a suitable battery or part to your vehicle.
• To issue invoices, honour warranties and keep records required by law.
• To contact you about your request, including follow-up on a job or a warranty claim.
• To measure and improve the website and our advertising.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We may use cookies and similar technologies from Google, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. These help us understand how visitors use the site and measure which adverts lead to calls and WhatsApp messages (conversion tracking). Google may also use cookies to show our adverts to people who have visited this site (remarketing).

We do not send Google any information that identifies you by name. Phone numbers shown in adverts or on the site may be Google forwarding numbers, used to count calls that came from advertising. You can control advertising cookies in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on provided by Google, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver the service: with our technicians and recovery partners who attend your vehicle, with payment providers such as card processors, Tabby and Tamara when you choose to pay through them, with service providers who host our systems, and with authorities where the law requires it.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Payment plans from Tabby and Tamara are governed by their terms and privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Service and invoice records are kept for as long as the warranty runs and for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.

Security

We limit access to your information to staff and partners who need it for the job, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing messages or withdraw consent you have given. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
