Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the website 800mybatt.ae and to services you book with 800MyBatt by phone, WhatsApp or any other channel. By booking a service you agree to them.

Our services
We provide mobile car battery testing, jump starts and battery replacement at the location of the vehicle in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we arrange other car services such as towing, tyre, AC and workshop repairs. Some of these services are carried out by partner garages and recovery operators.
A battery replacement does not fix every starting fault. The technician tests the battery first. If the checks point to another cause, we tell you and explain the options, which may include a workshop visit or recovery.
Coverage and arrival estimates
Attendance depends on the vehicle being in an area we cover and at a location that can be reached safely and legally. Arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on traffic, weather, access, technician availability and the battery or part your vehicle needs.
We may decline or stop a job where the stopping location is unsafe, for example a live traffic lane. In an emergency on the road, contact the police first.
What we need from you
- Accurate location and vehicle details, and someone authorised present with the vehicle and its key.
- Access to the vehicle, including visitor or security clearance for buildings and gated communities. Parking and entry fees are your responsibility.
- Confirmation that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission for the work.
Prices and payment
The price for a battery or service is confirmed to you before work starts and is shown on your invoice. If the technician finds that different work is needed, he explains it and you agree the price before he continues.
Payment is due when the work is completed, by cash or card. Instalment options through Tabby or Tamara are offered subject to approval by those providers and to their own terms. A call-out or diagnostic charge may apply where you ask us to attend and then decline the work; we tell you about any such charge before dispatch.
Battery warranty
New batteries we supply carry a warranty of up to 24 months, depending on the battery. The exact period and terms are stated on your invoice or warranty card, which you need to keep for any claim.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover a battery discharged by lights or accessories left on, damage from a faulty charging system or from an accident, physical damage, tampering, or use in a vehicle or application the battery was not specified for. To claim, contact us; we test the battery and replace it if it is defective under the warranty terms.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before a technician is dispatched. If you cancel after dispatch, or the vehicle cannot be accessed when the technician arrives, a call-out charge may apply.
Old batteries
Unless you ask to keep it, the old battery is taken away for recycling through licensed channels. The quoted price for a new battery assumes the old one is handed over.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for faults unrelated to the work we did, or for loss of stored vehicle settings where power has to be disconnected. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Using this website
The guides and vehicle information on this site are general guidance. Battery specifications vary by model, year and market, so we confirm the correct battery for your vehicle before fitting. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify products and vehicles.
