Towing here means transport on a flatbed, with all four wheels off the road. That is the safe way to move automatics, all-wheel-drive cars, low cars and anything that should not be rolled on its own wheels. Use it for a breakdown, or plan it ahead for a workshop visit, an inspection or a move between emirates.

Before sending a truck for a car that will not start, we ask a few questions. Many no-starts are a flat battery, and a test and jump start or a battery replacement at your location gets you moving without a tow. If the fault is something else, the flatbed is dispatched with an arrival estimate.

Is this different from car recovery?

Yes. Towing is straightforward transport of a car that can be reached and loaded normally, either planned or after a breakdown. Recovery covers accident scenes and cars stuck in sand, mud or awkward positions, which need extra equipment. Tell us the situation and we send the right truck.

Can you tow my car from a basement car park?

It depends on the ceiling height and the ramp. Most flatbeds cannot enter a basement, so the car is moved to the entrance first, by rolling it in neutral or with a small tow vehicle where the building allows. Tell us the level and the height limit when you call.

Do I need to be with the car?

Someone needs to hand over the key and confirm the destination. It does not have to be the owner. If the car is going to a workshop, tell them to expect it, and share a contact number for the handover at the other end.

Can I book a tow for a later time?

Yes. Planned moves can be booked for a day and time window that suits you, for example to take a car to a workshop before it opens or to deliver a sold car. Send both addresses and the car details when you book.
