About the service

Emergency Fuel Delivery: how we handle it

Running out of fuel happens more often than drivers admit, usually on a long highway stretch or with a fuel gauge that reads optimistically. Send your location pin, the road and direction you are travelling, and the fuel your car takes. A technician brings fuel in an approved container and pours it in where the car has stopped.

The delivery is enough to reach a station, not a full tank. Arrival time depends on your location, traffic and access, and you get an estimate before dispatch. If the car still does not start after fuel is added, the technician checks the battery, because long cranking on an empty tank can drain it.

How much fuel do you bring?

Enough to get the car to the nearest fuel station with some margin, not a full tank. If you are far from a station, for example on a desert highway, tell us when you call so the technician brings a suitable amount.

How long will it take to reach me?

There is no fixed time. It depends on where you are, traffic at that hour and how easy the spot is to reach. You get an estimate before the technician is dispatched, and you can follow up on WhatsApp while you wait.

The car still will not start after adding fuel. What now?

Some cars need a few turns of the key to draw fuel back to the engine. If it still will not start, the technician tests the battery and can jump-start it. If the fault is elsewhere, such as the fuel pump, we arrange a flatbed to a workshop.

I put the wrong fuel in. Can you help?

Do not start the engine or switch on the ignition if you can avoid it. Wrong fuel needs the tank drained, which is workshop work, not a fuel delivery. Tell us what happened and we arrange a flatbed so the car is moved without running the engine.
