Battery technology
Depending on model and year, the low-voltage battery is a small lead-acid or AGM unit, or a lithium pack with its own electronics. The two are not interchangeable.
Fitting and registration
Lead-acid and AGM units can often be changed on site. Lithium low-voltage batteries are usually a service-centre job, and we tell you which applies before we come.
